Feast on a Vegan Dinner While Enjoying Theatrical Performances During Well Fed, Well Said
Our food choices affect our health. The old saying, “We are what we eat” is true. Every cell in our body was created from the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe. This Dinner Theater Series will explore food and health by discussing the health benefits of the evening’s menu.
This first evening is on the health benefits of a Vegan diet, featuring three original 10-minute plays by Seed Art Share’s writer Ian Finley, Health Notes by Joe and Terry Graedon of People’s Pharmacy and a three-course vegan meal by Irregardless Cafe.
Tickets include a 3-course meal (appetizers, entree buffet and plated dessert to table), 1 glass of wine or beer (cash bar available), theater and speakers. Gluten-free menu items are available. We encourage everyone to join us for this amazing series!
At The Heights at La Salle Apartments in Durham, North Carolina, we believe it’s important to integrate yourself into the community, which is why we suggest attending this event. Meeting new people, having unfamiliar experiences, and joining neighborhood activities is the key to an exceptional lifestyle.
