Learn more how to make pastas. Classes are 2 hours long and held in Carmella's (aka Melina) kitchen in Durham. Each class is limited 10-12 participants.
All classes are hands-on. There is also a collection of traditional pasta making tools from Italy from the Matterello rolling pins to the “Pettine” or looms for making Garganelli and special pasta rolling boards. Participants will enjoy a variety of shapes like farfalle, corzetti, fettuccine as well as ravioli in this Pasta 101 Class.
