Manbites Dog Theater, a professional non-profit theater company founded in Durham in October 1987, serves the Triangle area of central North Carolina. Manbites Dog’s purpose is to produce new and challenging theatrical events; showcase and nurture developing playwrights, directors, actors, and artists; facilitate cross-disciplinary and cross-community projects; and help strengthen this region’s theatrical community.
This 31st season concludes with a beautiful, funny, and moving meditation on the sorrow and joy accumulated on life’s journey, by one of the most remarkable and distinctive playwrights in American theater.
What is this event for? Is time a friend or an enemy? Do we all eventually end up in the same place, but take different routes to get there? This funny, moving, and thought-provoking new play, written and directed by Lucille Lortel and Obie Award-winner Will Eno, challenges the notion of what really matters and recognizes the importance of life’s simple pleasures. Expect laughter. Expect tears. Expect celebration.
At Heights at La Salle Apartments in Durham, North Carolina, we pride ourselves on informing our residents about all the upcoming events our beautiful community has to offer. Don’t hesitate to join this event on Saturday!
